Club meetings are held at the range on the second Thursday of every month except for summer months (June, July and August).  Meetings begin at 7:30 P.M. and we would appreciate it if each member could try to attend as often as possible.  Member input is appreciated and the meetings are the best venue to address questions or issues regarding the club.

Work Parties:

We are scheduling work parties for this fall to repair the facility and do some maitenance.  The work parties will be involved with doing the following tasks.

1. Repair section of roof near rear of building.

2. Painting of outside wood trim and metal (oil tank, pipes, fans, hoods etc.).

3. Removal of debris from shooting range in sand as well as cleaning up the materials not in use on the range itself.

4. Painting and cleaning inside of range facility.

5. Fixing of steel plates behind targets and painting of the metal plates.

The work parties will be scheduled starting September 12th and forward throughout the Fall.  The work parties will be held on Saturdays and begin at 8:00 and will not run past 12:00 noon.  Anyone who can contribute tools or materials needed are asked to please put that in your email or on the sign-up sheet.

If you are able to attend  send an email to and put Work Party in the subject line.  A sign-up sheet is also available and posted at the club and you can designate your desire to work there as well.  Participation by as many members as possible as often as possible will do a great deal towards maintaining the condition and appearance of our clubhouse.  This will greatly enhance our current membership events and also make our club more appealing to new membership candidates.
